How to Resolve a Crisis?
Bitpapa uses an advanced Telegram bot.
As soon as a suspicious transaction is detected, simply report it. The team will block your account to prevent further damage, and the Operator will continue to contact you via Telegram.
Here’s the immediate solution:
When a suspicious transaction is detected:
Type the following into the Telegram bot: support
Then: Send the message “Block account due to suspicious transaction”.
Your account will be blocked shortly to prevent asset loss. Then, thanks to your report, the Operator will work with the technical team to prevent malicious activity.
As part of the chain, if you have a definite suspicion, consider other asset holders who might be harmed and be sure to report it to protect others.
